Reflection – My Lord, My Creator

My faith has been tested in many different ways and times on my life journey with my creator.  In the first reading, it talks about our creator being so merciful that he forgives our sins, and knowing that, we learn a lesson that we can repent.  It’s like a parent teaching a child that we don’t have to be harsh with punishment to understand what we are learning.

In this reading, it again reminds us that the Lord is merciful to everyone and everything in this world because he loves everything and everyone that he has created on this earth.  The teaching I am receiving from this reading, is that I am loved very much.  If he loves me so much, how can he hold anything against me.  Just thinking about Our Lord’s unconditional love, preserves me every day of the week.  It reassures me to have more faith and trust in the creator.

These simple teachings of the immortal spirit, repenting our sins, will free us from things that are wicked.  Wicked things never serve anyone any good.  When you have complete trust in the Lord and have complete faith, what can go wrong?  If you feel that things are not going right, just reach out to our Lord and he will rescue you.   He listens to each one of us.
